About Me

I'm Khaled Mohamed Fathallah, a data science educator, backend software engineer, and bioinformatics researcher. Since beginning my technology career in 2001, I've grown from technical support and systems administration into building data-driven software and teaching the next generation of practitioners.

As an Adjunct Instructor at Alexandria University, I teach Python, SQL, data warehousing, machine learning, Azure data services, and MLOps. My work is practical and career-focused: learners leave with the analytical habits, engineering foundations, and cloud skills needed to solve real problems.

I hold a Master's in Applied Data Science from WorldQuant University and am pursuing AI research at Alexandria University. My current research interests connect machine learning, natural language processing, genomics, genome assembly, single-cell analysis, and reproducible scientific workflows.
